Coloring Nest is operated by Gtecom LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. Coloring Nest is the first-party catalog for digital coloring products sold through the Harrygiftart shop on Etsy.

This website helps visitors compare products and then sends shoppers to Etsy for checkout. Etsy handles order processing, payment, and digital-file delivery for purchases made through our listings. Coloring Nest does not receive or store your full payment-card details.

Information handled when you visit this site

Like most websites, Coloring Nest and its service providers receive technical information needed to load, secure, and understand the site. Depending on the service and your browser settings, this may include your IP address, requested page, date and time, referring page, browser and device type, approximate location, network and performance information, and actions taken on the site.

WordPress and WooCommerce may set cookies needed for features such as navigation, security, and basic site operation. Analytics providers may also set or read cookies and similar identifiers as described below.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use Coloring Nest. Google Analytics can collect information such as pages viewed, referring sources or campaigns, general device and browser information, approximate geography, and interactions on the site. Our implementation also records when a visitor clicks a link to Etsy or another external website; that event can include the destination URL, destination domain, and visible link text.

Google Analytics uses cookies and pseudonymous identifiers to distinguish browsers and connect interactions across visits. Google states that an IP address is used during collection to provide and protect the service and derive general location information, but Google Analytics does not log or store individual IP addresses. We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, Etsy order details, or payment details to Google Analytics.

Microsoft Clarity

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors interact with pages through heatmaps and session replay. Clarity may collect clicks, scrolls, pointer or touch movements, page navigation, window-size changes, page layout and DOM changes, performance or diagnostic events, and other interaction information. A session replay is a reconstruction of activity on the webpage; it is not a recording from your camera or microphone.

Clarity’s standard setup uses first-party and third-party cookies and pseudonymous identifiers to connect page views and build analytics and session replays. Examples listed by Microsoft include _clck and _clsk, as well as Microsoft-domain cookies. Microsoft says privacy-sensitive fields are masked in playback data. We use Clarity to improve navigation, page layout, and site usability, not to retrieve Etsy payment information.

Microsoft currently states that ordinary playback data is retained for 30 days and heatmap and click data for 9 months; labeled or favorited sessions may be retained for 9 months. Cloudflare security and content delivery

Coloring Nest uses Cloudflare as a content-delivery network and security provider. Requests to the site pass through Cloudflare so it can route traffic, cache and deliver content, measure performance, maintain availability, and detect or limit malicious or automated requests.

Cloudflare may process technical request and security information such as IP addresses, traffic-routing data, system configuration, request headers, URLs, error and cache information, and threat signals. Depending on which security feature a request encounters, Cloudflare may set cookies needed for bot management, rate limiting, challenge completion, session routing, or site availability. Not every Cloudflare cookie is set for every visitor.

Cookie and browser choices

You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings, and some browsers or extensions can block analytics scripts. These controls may reduce analytics collection, but blocking cookies or scripts can also affect security checks or site features. The provider links above explain additional controls available from Google, Microsoft, and Cloudflare. This section describes available choices; it does not represent that one browser setting will stop every type of server-side security logging.

Information you send to us

If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, message, and any attachments. We keep the message and address so we can reply, refer back to the conversation, maintain business records, and handle related support or legal needs. Please do not send payment-card details or other sensitive information by email.

Information handled by Etsy

When you click through to Etsy, Etsy’s privacy policy and checkout terms apply. Etsy independently handles the account and order information needed for a purchase, which may include your name, billing or delivery details, payment information, messages, order records, and download history. Those records are held by Etsy under its policies, not stored in Coloring Nest’s website checkout system.

Service providers and processing locations

We share site information with service providers only as needed to operate, secure, measure, and improve Coloring Nest or respond to communications. The providers named above operate internationally and may process information in countries other than the country where you live, subject to their own terms, policies, and contractual arrangements. This policy does not make a guarantee about a provider’s systems or legal compliance.

Your requests

You may ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Email [email protected], and we will respond within 30 days. Analytics and security records may be pseudonymous or may not let us identify a particular visitor from an email address alone. We may need enough information to understand and verify a request, and some information may need to be retained for security, recordkeeping, or legal reasons.

For anything relating to an Etsy account or order, Etsy holds those records and you will need to contact Etsy directly. Depending on where you live, applicable law may provide additional privacy rights.
