How we compared these animal coloring books

On August 7, 2026, we checked the current Coloring Nest catalog and the available Etsy listing text and media. For Cottagecore Animals and Hedgehog Strawberry Garden, we recorded the visible subject matter, stated page size, line density, advertised files, and the safest page-count language supported by the listing. The delivered files were not opened for either book. Mama Bear Baking is included because it is a live exact-fit animal product, but it was not part of the same detailed Etsy media review; its count is therefore labeled as a catalog record, not an independently verified design count.

This is a fit comparison, not a sales ranking. We did not use unverified reviews, sales totals, therapeutic claims, or assumptions about the drawing process. “Pages” in a listing may include material other than unique coloring designs, and a PDF total is not automatically a design count.

The number on Cottagecore Animals needs special care. Its listing materials contain conflicting claims, including an image that says 50+. Until the delivered file is checked, 20+ is the defensible figure. Hedgehog Strawberry Garden’s 40-page figure is a listing statement, not a page-by-page verification. Mama Bear Baking’s 50 comes from the current internal catalog record and should be confirmed on Etsy before purchase.

Choose it for a repeated kitchen-and-family premise, not because a catalog audience label guarantees suitability for every child or adult. The file was not part of our detailed delivered-file review, so open the live Etsy listing and inspect its interior media before relying on the catalog count.

A focused hedgehog garden

Hedgehog Strawberry Garden repeats a clear visual vocabulary: hedgehogs, berry patches, baskets, garden work, cottage details, and outdoor routines. The listing media shows bold, open character scenes with recurring garden elements rather than realistic wildlife studies. A focused theme can make palette planning easy—you can reuse greens, reds, browns, and floral colors—but it also means less subject variety. Inspect several preview pages if repetition is an important buying factor.

What Coloring Nest does not currently cover

This comparison should not pretend that “animal” means every animal intent. The current catalog has no exact book in this guide for horses, dogs, dinosaurs, or realistic wildlife.
